How to surprise your friends?
Simple: make them an apple-cake !

It’s realy simple to surprise someone, and this time was my chance to keep my promise.
So i surprised my friends with a fresh baked apple-cake with (and that’s where it’s all about) apples from trees in my garden.

Rasins, steep in liquer (grand-marnier).
The bottle of liquer.

The apples cut, and kaneel and sugar on it.
Let the rasins drain after a few hours in liquer.

Put the rasins together with the apples.
Butter (175 gr.)

Mix it together with one egg.
Than the flower and a little sugar (200 gr).

Mix it with a fork, and after that finish it by hand.
The dough is ready.

Spread the dough.

Cover the form and put the apples and rasins in it.

Cut some trips from dough to cover the top, and a little egg on it.
Now it ready to go in the oven for one hour (175 dgr.C.)

Looks and smells great.
Heat a lttle jam and water.

Put it over the cake and………………ready!
