When it’s a hot day we don’t like to stay in the kitchen for a long time.
So, i show you how to have a summer lunch in a few minutes.
We only need to prepare the salade, can do it in the morning. How ?
Boil a few little potatoes and two eggs. Cut a red onion, half a paprika and the eggs in small pieces.
Cut the potatoes in thin slices and mix all together with a spoonful of maynaise.
Put the steak on the grill plate (5 minutes on both sides).
The salad on the plate with fresh bread, complete it with the steak.
Put the plate on the table in the shadow. Will be best with a glass of cold rosé.
