The ingrediënts you need:
350 gr. Sausages, 100 gr. Baconblocks, Salt/ Pepper, 500 gr. Sauerkraut, 2 Table spoons Oil, 750 gr. Potatoes,1 Onion, 25 gr. Butter, a little Milk, 1 dl. applejuice.

To prepare:
Peal and boil the potatoes in 20 minutes in (start with cold-water).stamppot-met-braadworst
Peal and cut the onion in little pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and bake the onion with the baconblocks in ca. 2 minutes.
Than put the applejuice and the sauerkraut in it and let it all together braise for ca. 15 minutes.
Bake the sausages in the butter in ca 15 minutes.
Mix the potatoes with a little milk and butter and put the sauerkraut on it; make it tasty with salt and pepper.
Serve it on a plate with the sausages on it, and….you will love it.
