Today i was very busy again, so not in the mood to stay in the kitchen too long.
Reason why i choose to make a quick yammy and healthy soup. Is also good to eat soup every day.
Made the bouillon from a tablet (rind), made the meatballs with salt and pepper, cut the vegetables.
First put the meatballs in the bouillon for 30 minutes, after that put the vegetables in it and let it on low fire for another 20 minutes.
And that’s all.
Eat it with fresh baked bread at the terrace.
