The ingrediënts you need:

The Hashed:
400 gr. soup beef, 3 Onions, 50 gr. butter, 5 table spoons flour, 2 bay leaves, 6 peppercorns (black), ½ ltr. beefbouillon, 4 cloves, 2 table spoons white wine vinegar, little salt, little potato flour.

The vegetablemix:
100 gr. Bacon (not smoked), 1 pot whitebeans, 750 gr. carrot, 3 big onions, little salt, little pepper, 300 gr. potatoes

To prepare the hashed:

Peel- and cut the onions in rings, heat the butter and bake the onions (light), after that put the pieces soupbeef in it and bake all brown in 10 minutes.
Than put the flour and stir it till all is one with the butter.
Put the bay leaves, peppercorns, cloves and one tablespoon of the vinegar in it, and the warm bouillon. Close the pan and let it stew for about 1½ hour.
If necessary you can thicken it a little with the potato-flour.

The Mish Mash.

Peel and wash the potatoes , scrab the carot and cut them in small strips.
Peel the onions and cut them is small pieces.
Put it all including the bacon in a pan with a bottom of water, heat it and stew it for about 30 minutes, than drain it, and make make it tasty with salt and pepper.

Serve it together with the hashed.
