The ingrediënts you need:1 smoked sausage, 100 gr. bacon (in thin slices), 500 gr. sauerkraut, 1 dl. whithe wine, i tablespoon herbs-provence, salt, pepper, mashed potatoes ( 4-persons), 1 tablespoon french mustard, butter.

To prepare:
Drain the sauerkraut, and put it with the white wine, the herbs and a little salt and pepper in a pan and boil it for a bout 10 minutes.
Put on the oven at 180 dgr.C.
Make the mashed potatoes, a little salt, and mix the mustard in it.
Take an ovenware smear it with butter (the inside !) and put the sauerkraut in it. Cut the smoked sausage in pieces and spread the pieces over the sauerkraut. Than the mashed potatoes over it, and finish it with the slices bacon.
Than put it in the oven for about 40 minutes, and…ready! 🙂
