Coming home from a long and busy morning; i was dreaming all morning of a nice lunch.

Took a chicken-breast from the fridge and cut it in 3 thin slices.
Put herbs on it and cut onion,tomatoes and garlic.
A little olive-oil and that’s it.

Heat the grillpan and bake the vegetables, add the chickenslices and bake it in 5 minutes on high fire.
Put all on a plate and serve it with bread from grill.
I like it with a little hot-chilisouse.

So, was a good start to have energy for the rest of the day.
