This time i want to surprise my friends by serving fish and meat.
Bought a nice filet of Heilbot (halibut) and a meatroll from rind.
Start to make the mash-potatoes.
Mixed it with milk, nutmeg salt, pepper and parsley.
Baked the halibut on the grill-plate with a little salt, dill and oil.
Than put the mash-potatoes in the middle op a plate and the halibut on top of it. served it with lemmon and a little salad.
To be prepared for the meat i made a spoon of lemmon-ice and champagne as a welcome intermezzo.
I already prepared the packages with harico-verts in bacon and the meatroll, so only had to put them in the oven and make the plates with salad and rösties.
We ended the dinner with italiën cheese and port.
Was again a nice evening and after caffé (with no cake) in the living they went home.
